Ideal for smoothing sauces as well as whipping cream, egg whites and vinaigrettes, this all-purpose magic whisk features silicone wires and a stainless steel handle to ensure you always have a secure grip. The whisk is heat resistant to 260ยฐC/500ยฐF, not that you would want to be whisking at such heat! Coated with the highest quality European grade food safe silicone (LFGB).
