You agree fully to indemnify Farm & Household Stores (Inverness) Limited from any claims, liability, damages or losses arising out of your use of this website or any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.


We will treat all your personal information as confidential and we will comply fully with all data protection and consumer legislation.  Use of your personal information will only be for the purposes of:

  • Processing your orders; &
  • To advise you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. We will always give you an option to cease receiving our emails and abide by your decision.

Our Rights:

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website with or without notice and cannot be held liable for any modification that affects you or any third party.  We also reserve the right to change the Conditions from time to time and you as the user will be responsible for identifying whether any changes will affect you. This Is effective from 1st September 2012.

Payment & Pricing:

We are very careful to ensure that all our prices are correct however if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or alternatively you can cancel it.  Where we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and give you a full refund.  Payment will be taken in full at checkout and all prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates. 

Delivery/Collection Service:

You can opt to collect your items direct from our premises or to have them delivered to you.  Our standard delivery charges apply to the UK which includes the Highlands. Should you require goods to be delivered outwith the UK resident then additional charges will be incurred and you should please place your order by telephone during our normal business hours Monday – Saturday 9am – 5.30pm on 01463 222765 or alternatively via e-mail  in order that we can process your order to your specific needs and advise as to delivery charges.  We are here to help so please call. For Click And Collect goods will be charged at the prices displayed at time of ordering. Goods ordered will be held for 7 days after this the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Our standard estimated delivery timescale is 7-10 working days and we will endeavour to deliver the goods purchased to you within this timescale.  Occasionally there will be unforeseen delays out with our control and we are unable to accept any liability for any such delay. 

Damaged, Faulty or Missing Goods:

All our goods are quality checked prior to dispatching.  However, where goods arrive having been damaged in transit or are faulty, it is vital that you contact us as soon as possible after receipt, during our normal business hours Monday – Saturday 9am – 5.30pm on 01463 222765 or alternatively via e-mail to so we can arrange an exchange or refund and the return of the damaged or faulty item in its original packaging.  You shall not incur any further cost to rectify such an event as long as you inform us immediately and the items are returned to us within 7 days of receiving them.  Claims for damaged or faulty items cannot be accepted after this time.


You may cancel your order either before despatch or withing 14 days of receipt of goods by either contacting us during business hours Monday – Saturday 9am – 5.30pm on 01463 222765 or alternatively via e-mail to  with reference to your order number.  If your goods have not been dispatched then you will be refunded in full, however where the goods have been already dispatched any cancellation will be conditional upon the goods being returned to us undamaged and in their packaging, but we will be unable to refund the delivery or return charges. Special order items cannot be cancelled.


If for whatever reason you are not happy with your items you must notify us within 14 days. Once you return them we will give you a full refund on the item/items exclusive of delivery charges.  Items must be returned undamaged in their original packaging direct to our store and the cost of returning the item/items will be with you the customer. They must be returned within 14 days of notification.
